We believe that food and service are key to an amazing wedding day. That’s why we are proud to work with our curated selection of catering partners, who all have a commitment to excellence both with the food they serve and the staff they work with.
These highly recommended, experienced wedding and events caterers are trusted by us to deliver the highest standard of service, ensuring that your wedding meal is nothing short of spectacular. They’ll work closely with you, helping to design a menu that perfectly matches your vision.
Feel free to reach out to them directly to discuss your plans and let them know you’ve chosen to celebrate at The Barn at Botley Hill. Alternatively, we’re more than happy to make an introduction.
Please note, we do not allow outside catering or caterers who are not on our approved list. This ensures that your dining experience is always of the highest quality and aligns with the impeccable service we promise.
We have a comprehensive list of suppliers that we know and love for things such as floristry, music and photography etc. There is a lot to be said for using suppliers who know the venue, but there is no obligation for you to use them and we are happy to work with your chosen team. If you wish to use your own suppliers, please make sure they have public liability insurance of at least £5m. Please refer to our full terms and conditions, which explain your responsibility for all suppliers who require access to the venue, including photographers, florists and musicians.
All drinks come via The Barn at Botley Hill; we do not offer a self-supply option.
We import wines from Europe and South Africa as well as working with local independent drink companies. All our couples are offered a complimentary wine tasting before their wedding to select their wines – a really great part of the wedding planning. To learn more please speak to our team for details or see our Blog Post on the wine tastings.
