It is no secret we love weddings at The Barn at Botley Hill. And one of the things we love the most is celebrating with our couples, and feeling the excitement and emotion in the room from their friends and family.
There are many incredible moments throughout the day, but one of our favourites as a team is the happy couple’s entrance into the wedding breakfast to the cheers of their loved ones. This is a relaxed and joyful moment, without formalities, but full of energy. A moment we know couples will always remember.
We highly encourage all our couples to include this moment and to make it even more special by asking someone to make that announcement for them (sometimes an MC, but the Best Man, Maid of Honour and siblings are all popular choices), and choosing a piece of music they love to play as they enter.
Get your guests on their feet, napkins in the air, and take the long way round to your seats, maybe with a little dance along the way!
