Jimmy Garcia Catering (JGC), led by chef Jimmy Garcia, has been providing delicious and imaginative menus for private clients for over 12 years. Their chefs’ kitchen techniques are traditionally-based and all about flavour and presentation; and their creativity comes from using the most seasonal ingredients from the finest producers they can find. Several of their hero suppliers are located within 10 miles of their base in South West London. As a company of foodies, JGC is focussed on presenting dishes that are attractive, full of flavour, and just right for the occasion. They have a great reputation for informal sharing dishes, laid down the centre of the tables, as well as beautifully plated three-course meals.
