Open Day FAQs

How do I book to attend?

Arrival slots are every 15 minutes. Please email the team at weddings@botleyhillbarn.co.uk with your preferred arrival time and group size. The team will be happy to book you into the next available time slot

Can I attend without an appointment?

The Open Day is by appointment only. Please contact the team to check availability and book an arrival time.

Can I attend if I have already booked the venue?

Absolutely. We love seeing our couples during the planning and this is a great day to re-visit the space to help with planning, meet suppliers, show family and get some inspiration.

Can I attend if I haven’t viewed the venue before?

We recommend an initial viewing (in person or virtual) ahead of the Open Day so you can make the most of the experience. If that’s not possible, you’re very welcome to attend for a self-guided visit on the Open Day, and the team will be happy to catch up with you afterwards to answer any questions.

Can I bring family or friends?

Absolutely, the Open Day is a great opportunity to bring family and loved ones along. Please let us know how many people will be attending with you. Where possible, we ask that guests travel together to help manage parking.

Can I bring my dog?

Well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome. Please bear in mind that we are located next to a working farm.

Is there somewhere nearby to have lunch before or after our visit?

Yes, there are some great options within a short distance. You’re very welcome to book lunch at Botley Hill Farmhouse next door or visit the Titsey Taproom nearby. As Sundays can be busy, we recommend booking a table in advance to avoid disappointment.
