The Barn
A window on the perfect wedding day

The Venue
Nestled atop the Surrey Hills and within touching distance of London, The Barn at Botley Hill is an eclectic mix of rustic meets the new.
Every nook considered, every detail perfected, The Barn at Botley Hill is blessed with a backdrop of rolling hills, nature and breathtaking sunsets. The maker of memories and a photographer's delight.

This exclusive venue is made up of three areas: the Main Barn with its stunning glass windows (which acts as a banqueting hall), Baby Barn (which hosts relaxed drinks receptions) and The Oakley Barn (our brick wedding ceremony venue)

The Main Barn
The heart of the venue, with showstopping floor to ceiling glass windows and panoramic views across the North Downs. A striking, contemporary setting and the ideal backdrop for dining, speeches, and dancing the night away.
The Baby Barn
The Baby Barn offers a relaxed, lounge-style space for drinks and canapés, with cosy furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere that invites guests to mingle and unwind.
This intimate space is ideal for those quiet moments away from the buzz of the day, whether it's groomsmen prepping their buttonholes before the ceremony or couples stealing a quiet moment together before the meal. The Baby Barn provides a peaceful haven.

The Oakley Barn
The Okley Barn is a beautiful red-brick ceremony barn, licensed for civil ceremonies and filled with natural light and rustic character. The perfect setting for a heartfelt exchange of vows.

The Gardens and Grounds
The landscaped gardens, wrap-around decking, and fairy-lit gazebo offer countless opportunities for stunning photos, relaxed drinks, or romantic outdoor ceremonies. Guests can gather around the wood burner as the sun sets, watch the sky turn gold over the North Downs, and soak up the peaceful beauty that makes Botley Hill so special.

Year Round Beauty
Whatever the season, The Barn at Botley Hill never fails to deliver.

Events
More than just a wedding venue.
The Barn at Botley Hill is the perfect setting for all events. A celebration of love, work or simply the marking of a life event.
