CATERING STYLE
Jimmy Garcia Catering (JGC), led by chef Jimmy Garcia, has been providing delicious and imaginative menus for private clients for over 12 years. Their chefs’ kitchen techniques are traditionally-based and all about flavour and presentation; and their creativity comes from using the most seasonal ingredients from the finest producers they can find. Several of their hero suppliers are located within 10 miles of their base in South West London.
As a company of foodies, JGC is focussed on presenting dishes that are attractive, full of flavour, and just right for the occasion. They have a great reputation for informal sharing dishes, laid down the centre of the tables, as well as beautifully plated three-course meals.
WHAT TO EXPECT
JGC will not ask you to choose between menu A or B, but your planner will encourage you to discuss what you want to eat at your wedding or party and then we will create a menu to your exact requirements. The food and service are totally in tune with the ethos of The Barn at Botley Hill and their team enjoys working with ours provide a flexible, friendly, professional, and reassuring service.
Sophie, Annie, Valeria, Ivette and Andrew are on hand to plan your menu and answer your questions and guide you through the day to ensure everything you have discussed is delivered in a timely and charming way.

STARTING PRICE
The service is bespoke, with each menu designed around your preferences and ideas, and then an individual quote is provided for your wedding. As an indication, the average price is around £140 per person plus VAT for four delicious canapes, a seasonal and beautiful three-course meal and tea/coffee, based on 120 guests.
